8. User-Generated Content & Leaderboards
The Global Leaderboard allows users to submit a custom "Callsign" (nickname) alongside their performance data. By submitting this information, you agree to the following:
- You grant HandleKit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted nickname and score results publicly.
- You agree NOT to use nicknames that are offensive, hateful, defamatory, or infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
- HandleKit reserves the right to remove or modify any leaderboard entries that violate these standards without notice.
9. Site Terms of Use Modifications
HandleKit may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
